New higher rate of pay - up to $21.75/hr + shift differential.

Monthly bonus incentives.

This opening is for second shift: 1:45pm to 10pm.

Under general supervision, the Material Handler fulfills a number of different material handling roles. Position placement is determined by the needs of the business. These roles include:

• Exit Assistant, Pack Line, or Forklift
  : prepare and package finished coils safely, operate exit recoiler controls, packaging equipment, or drive a forklift.
• Paint Room Attendant
  : receive paint drum deliveries, enter paint usage data, retrieve and store paint, drive forklift, operate paint room crane.
• Warehouse
  : load/unload coils from trucks/rail and handle paperwork.
• A Bay Crane
  : pull raw coils for paint line entry, unwrap, inspect raw coils, unload/load trucks using overhead crane.
• Receiving
  : enter receiving data into Oracle, create coil , attach tags to coils, operate overhead crane.
• Dispatch
  : retrieve pick slips from Oracle, locate finished goods, pull required coils by driving forklift, load trucks using overhead stacker crane, scan coil fields for Oracle.

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to pass background check and drug test as condition of employment

• Forklift experience
• Manufacturing/warehouse experience

• Basic computer skills
• Time Management – prioritizing work to meet internal and/or external customer demands
• Detail Oriented – ensures accuracy of product and documentation
• Good communication skills
• Mobile equipment operations skills

• Pay starts at $20.50/hr opportunity to progress through a structured tier program, earning additional increases as you learn and become proficient in new positions (including machine operator roles).
