** About the Role
** The Systems Integrator is a critical technical role responsible for implementing, configuring, and commissioning integrated technology systems. This position works closely with designers, installers, and end users to ensure systems are delivered cleanly, function as intended, and meet project goals. Projects span a wide range of environments, including schools, houses of worship, broadcast studios, museums, themed entertainment venues, and other specialty spaces.
If you enjoy hands-on technical work, problem-solving in the field, and owning system performance from prep to completion, this role is built for you.
** What You’ll Do
*** Develop project-specific network plans and IP layouts
* Configure, program, and commission integrated systems
* Prepare and test equipment in the office prior to installation
* Perform on-site commissioning and technical support
* Maintain system documentation, labeling, and configuration records
* Assist with control system programming and system checkout
* Support audio system tuning alongside the installation team
* Work with common integration platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, AMX, ETC
* Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and installation teams to deliver successful projects
* Travel to project sites (local and overnight as needed)
** What We’re Looking For
*** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with end users, contractors, and internal teams
* Solid technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
* Proficiency with Windows and macOS
* Working knowledge of: control systems, audio, video, and networking fundamentals
* Familiarity with tools such as Dante Controller, Wireless Workbench, SMAART, Vectorworks, or similar
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Valid driver’s license and ability to pass required clearances
* Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
** Work Schedule & Travel
*** Typical schedule is 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
* Hours vary based on project needs
* After-hours or weekend work may be required and scheduled in advance
* Travel is project-based; all travel expenses and meals are covered by ii
