Core Duties- Support the configuration and daily running of laser production systems.
- Oversee manufacturing workflows to guarantee that all output aligns with our quality benchmarks.
- Securely package completed items for transit to ensure they reach customers in perfect condition.
- Keep the workspace tidy and systematic to foster a safer and more productive environment for everyone.
- Work closely with colleagues to hit our collective production targets and scheduling milestones.
- Execute standard upkeep and resolve minor technical issues on laser machinery to keep operations running smoothly.
- Follow all established safety procedures and organizational guidelines to protect yourself and your coworkers.
- Completion of high school or an equivalent educational credential is preferred.
- Prior work history within a warehouse or industrial manufacturing setting is beneficial.
- Foundational knowledge regarding laser machinery is helpful, though not mandatory.
- Demonstrate high precision and the ability to execute complex instructions with accuracy.
- Capacity to safely handle and transport heavy materials as part of your daily tasks.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset that supports team success.
