Job Opportunities
The Township of Middletown is seeking seasonal Park Maintenance laborers. Applicants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid NJ Driver’s License.
Laborer duties include, but are not limited to: mowing, string trimming, mulching and weeding landscaped areas, sports fields, courts, beaches and parking lots of assigned facilities and other public works projects.
Small equipment experience is a plus. Applicants must have the ability to lift and move moderately heavy objects and work in all types of weather.
Approximately 37.5 hours per week for up to a 6‑month period at $15.49 per hour.
Job Types: Full‑time, Temporary
Pay: $15.49 per hour
Schedule:
- 8‑hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Landscape: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- N.J. Driver's License (Required)
