Are you a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual with a passion for real estate and a knack for seamless coordination? We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the rapid turnaround of vacated properties, ensuring they are swiftly repaired and returned to market. This position requires exceptional communication and coordination skills with owners and contractors.

- Coordinate and schedule contractors and internal employees to ensure the timely completion of property renovation projects.
- Communicate with property owners, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Communicate effectively with the department and project manager regarding project timelines, budget adherence, and potential roadblocks.
- Track project milestones and ensure projects are completed efficiently to minimize vacancy periods.
- Assist in processing invoices from contractors and managing work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all project‑related communications, budgets, and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the renovation process to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure properties are repaired and prepared for re‑leasing as quickly as possible after the tenant vacates.
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Appfolio Property Management software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with property renovation processes is a plus.
$13 - $16 hourly
