We are seeking enthusiastic Dining Room Servers to join our culinary team. In this role, you will ensure our residents enjoy delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a heart for service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Exceptional Service:
  Take orders and serve food and drinks to residents in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner according to Spring Hills standards.
• Table Preparation:
  Set up dining tables with clean linen and polished silverware, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Guest Engagement:
  Accommodate all guest requests, communicate knowledgeably about menu items, and suggest alternatives as needed.
• Positive Attitude:
  Maintain a service‑oriented approach, providing a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.
• Sanitation and Safety:
  Work in a clean, sanitary, and organized manner while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to obtain any required food handling and sanitation certifications.
