Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day‑to‑day tasks include:

• Organizing shifts and handling cash
• Managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team
• Working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour.

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun.
• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
