The Sales Representative will maintain contracts with our current customer base and expand our traditional market in Western Ohio and its surrounding areas. This role will implement sales programs to expand into new markets, collaborate with operations and support teams to provide pricing structures when needed, represent the organization at trade shows, and inform service of new product opportunities and upcoming needs.

Additionally, the Sales Representative will assist with service jobs and collection of cores, keep the service team informed of incoming jobs, follow up on customer concerns, and reach sales and profit goals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some college is preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in outside sales.
• Familiarity with MS Office products is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Strong listening and information processing skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of diesel engines.

Ability to sit for extended periods, stand for up to two hours, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, see for reading and driving, hear and understand speech, speak clearly, and work extended hours as needed. Noise levels vary from quiet in offices to moderate or loud in other environments.
