• Solicit new business and maintain current business to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank with scanned documentation.
• Build and leverage client relationships quickly, educating and advising customers on the best products.

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent follow‑up and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Ambitious, motivated by advancement opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
