Maintenance Supervisor

Company Overview

Maple Oaks, managed by Pauls Collective, Dream Living, has an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician in Middletown, OH.

• Maintain all physical aspects of the property
• Ensure all service requests are completed within 24 hours
• Supervise outside contractors involved in work on the property
• Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program that minimizes necessary repairs and service requests
• Ensure vacant units are made ready for move‑ins in a timely manner
• Work within the property budget
• Maintain hazard communications program and adhere to all safety standards and policies
• Serve as "on call" representative as necessary

• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Team player
• Knowledge of general property operations, safety, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair, painting
• Minimum 2‑3 years experience in property management maintenance
