We are in search of a hardworking, self‑motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full‑time, year‑round opportunity to join Renewal by Andersen – the number one window manufacturer in the country.
Responsibilities- Supervise the installation crews to assess the quality of installation and customer satisfaction
- Adjust the installation schedule based on customer, changes, weather, and any other contributing factors
- Complete jobs in the system to ensure installation crews are compensated for completed work in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on‑site and assisting with customer needs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards
- Lead employees to outstanding performance through consistent coaching and feedback
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle capable of transporting materials
- Minimum of 3‑5 years’ experience in residential construction and project management
- Window and door installation experience preferred
- Customer service experience with job troubleshooting as a key component
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport
- Creating a sense of urgency with field crews
- Excel at delivering for customers
- Ability to exist and excel in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to handle one‑off situations quickly and competently
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat
- Base salary plus bonus incentive with current Project Managers earning an average of $106,000 or more annually
- Vehicle stipend of $1,000/month
