We are in search of a hardworking, self‑motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full‑time, year‑round opportunity to join Renewal by Andersen – the number one window manufacturer in the country.

• Supervise the installation crews to assess the quality of installation and customer satisfaction
• Adjust the installation schedule based on customer, changes, weather, and any other contributing factors
• Complete jobs in the system to ensure installation crews are compensated for completed work in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on‑site and assisting with customer needs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards
• Lead employees to outstanding performance through consistent coaching and feedback

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle capable of transporting materials
• Minimum of 3‑5 years’ experience in residential construction and project management
• Window and door installation experience preferred
• Customer service experience with job troubleshooting as a key component
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport
• Creating a sense of urgency with field crews
• Excel at delivering for customers
• Ability to exist and excel in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to handle one‑off situations quickly and competently
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat

• Base salary plus bonus incentive with current Project Managers earning an average of $106,000 or more annually
• Vehicle stipend of $1,000/month
