Position: FrontEnd Developer (React)

As a Front-end Developer you’ll join a team that builds innovative solutions with real-world impact. We work on projects that matter, ones that make cities cleaner and operations smarter. • Develop and maintain modern, responsive frontend applications using React, Type Script, HTML and CSS (we use Tailwind for component styling)
• Implement efficient API integrations and ensure reliable communication between frontend and backend services
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and UX consultations to continuously improve the product
• Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure a smooth user experience
• Operate in an agile development environment, with flexibility to adapt priorities according to actual needs

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in frontend development, ideally with React (or proven experience in a similar framework and strong motivation to learn React)
• Strong understanding of software development principles, integration patterns, and UX best practices
• Practical experience with RESTful APIs and client–server communication
• Technical mindset, analytical approach, and great attention to detail
• Communicative team player with proactive attitude — we value opinions based on facts
• (Nice to have) Experience with micro frontend architecture, performance tuning, or React Native mobile app development
