Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.25 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, assembling components, or figuring out how things fit together? This is a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a manufacturing environment where precision, quality, and teamwork matter.

As a Production Operator, you'll help assemble, prepare, and test cable and wire products used in electrical and industrial applications.

• Cutting, stripping, and preparing wires and cables for assembly.
• Crimping wires, terminals, and connectors using hand tools or equipment.
• Assembling cable, wire, and electrical components according to instructions.
• Operating production equipment and assisting with cable molding processes.
• Performing basic electrical testing to ensure proper connections and functionality.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Working with small parts, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
• Following detailed work instructions and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
• Working alongside your team to meet production and quality goals.

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience.
• Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small components.
• Experience using hand tools, production equipment, or measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• The ability to follow written instructions and learn new processes.
• A dependable work ethic and a willingness to learn.
