Pay: $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our winter operations team as Snow Plow Operators.

This is a seasonal, hands-on opportunity for someone who is confident operating snow removal equipment, takes safety seriously, and understands the importance of keeping roads, parking lots, and properties accessible during winter storms.

Winter weather doesn't follow a regular schedule, and neither does snow removal. Our operators must be available when storms arrive, including overnight, early-morning, weekend, and holiday shifts.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a Snow Plow Operator, you will help maintain safe and accessible conditions at commercial and residential properties throughout our service area.

You will be responsible for operating snow removal equipment, following assigned routes, and completing work efficiently during challenging winter conditions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating snowplows, salt spreaders, and other winter maintenance equipment
• Clearing snow from parking lots, roads, driveways, and designated access areas
• Providing snow removal services at commercial and residential properties
• Applying salt and other ice-control materials to help maintain safe driving and walking conditions
• Following assigned plowing routes and completing scheduled properties within required time frames
• Conducting basic equipment inspections before and after each shift
• Identifying and reporting equipment issues or maintenance concerns
• Operating vehicles and machinery safely in snow, ice, and reduced-visibility conditions
• Communicating regularly with supervisors and other snow removal team members
• Using smartphone applications to document completed work, track hours, and submit required paperwork
• Following company safety procedures and maintaining professional standards at customer properties
• Remaining available for extended shifts during significant snowfall and winter weather events

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for dependable operators who can work independently, follow instructions, and maintain high safety standards during demanding winter conditions.

What we're looking for:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required
• Previous snowplowing experience preferred, ideally at least one year
• Experience operating heavy machinery or commercial equipment is an advantage
• Confidence operating vehicles and equipment in challenging winter conditions
• Ability to follow assigned routes and complete work within established timelines
• Comfortable using smartphone applications for communication, paperwork, and time tracking
• Strong attention to detail when completing job records and reporting hours
• Ability to conduct basic equipment checks and identify maintenance concerns
• Availability throughout the winter season, typically December through April
