My Eye Dr . is seeking a part-time Optometrist (OD) to join our team in Middletown, Delaware. Mondays and Fridays are needed. The position involves practicing full-scope optometry in a traditional office environment with a focus on patient-centered care using the latest vision care technologies. My Eye Dr . offers a premium vision care concept with a unique retail experience and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Using commonly accepted practices, tools and techniques, the Optometrist evaluates patients’ vision and health care needs, documents findings in patient records, and discusses current status and future requirements with patients. The Optometrist collaborates with the office team to ensure each visit is personalized and provides the best patient experience possible. The role may require local travel within My Eye Dr .

regions and involves practicing general and medical optometry with a steady patient base and a focus on quality of care.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
• License in good standing to practice Optometry in the state of employment.
• National Provider Identification (NPI) number required.
• TPA license required.
• Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical office setting is a plus; all applicants are welcome.
• Ability to communicate, use required equipment, and move about the office.
