Treasury Supervisor

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (This is a full‑time, in‑office position, requiring presence in the office five days per week).

Middletown, Rhode Island.

The Treasury Supervisor plays a key role in managing daily cash operations, wire processing, banking relationships, and treasury‑related communications. This position requires exceptional accuracy, discretion, and organizational skills to ensure smooth financial operations across the organization.

• Prepare and distribute Daily Cash Reports for all operating corporate bank accounts, including clearing checks and updating prior‑day activity
• Monitor and initiate wire transfers through online banking systems, following department procedures including verbal confirmation of wire instructions
• Assist with opening new bank accounts by preparing documentation, securing signatures, and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners
• Review incoming Treasury mail and process check deposits via Remote Deposit Capture or in‑branch visits
• Oversee distribution of corporate credit cards and generate monthly credit card reports
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a Treasury or Cash Management role preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with database management
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and accommodate overtime when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
