Government Property Manager

About the Role

SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Government Property Manager to oversee all functions dealing with managing Government inventory. This role ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements, maintains documentation, and provides support to government customers.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FAR requirements and industry practices.
• Update procedural documents for the Government and develop new processes as needed.
• Manage GFP transactions in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
• Supervise the Inventory Management Analyst and Inventory Clerks.
• Provide training to internal and external team members on property management procedures.
• Ensure all Government deliverables (procedures, reports, audit documentation, etc.) are prepared accurately and delivered on-time.
• Coordinate contract property closeout, including final physical inventory and DCMA Plant Clearance disposition.
• Provide reports to the Government and senior management.
• Interface with DCMA and DCAA.
• Provide property guidance on new business proposals.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with Government customers, team members, and Business Area Managers.
• Demonstrate strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Have extensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or operations discipline.

Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.

All SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship.
