Senior Integrated Logistics Support Specialist; ILS Security Clearance

Position: Senior Integrated Logistics Support Specialist (ILS) with Security Clearance
Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior Integrated Logistics Support Specialist (ILS) to support an innovative program. This is a near-term opportunity for a detail-oriented, technically proficient professional to directly support the Technical Design Authority (TDA) of the AN/BYG-1 submarine combat system. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of technical documentation and logistics deliverables for this critical Navy program.

The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:
Track and update deficiencies found during reviews and testing. Investigate technical manual discrepancies and support resolution via lab validation. Support scheduling and content readiness for IETM and RRM releases. Review and verify IETMs and RRMs for accuracy before publication. Collaborate with data providers to ensure timely submissions. Monitor milestone deliverables, supporting the IETM team and TDA. Coordinate with integration teams to validate lab build procedures.

Schedule and manage lab time for ILS validation and verification efforts. Join our innovative team and contribute to impactful national security initiatives.

Required Experience:

-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Integrated Logistics Support or related technical fields.
-Strong communication and coordination skills.
-Active Secret security clearance. Desired

Experience:

-7+ years of professional ILS experience preferred.
-Hands-on experience with technical manual development, especially in Navy systems.
-Familiarity with Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) highly desirable.
-Experience in undersea warfare or similar Navy systems a strong plus.
