Analyst Management II
Location:

SECRET Scope of Work:
Provides mid-level analytical and administrative support across IA, computer networks, feasibility studies, and the firm-fixed-price help desk and administration task, delivering analyses, metrics, and maintenance reporting.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Perform analyses of incidents, network performance, and feasibility improvements
Prepare technical reports, reviews, evaluations, and recommendations
Support help desk operations and telephone call accounting and site billing administration
Track Media Center operations metrics and prepare maintenance service reporting
Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level.
Analytical, reporting, and administrative support skills for IT infrastructure programs
Personnel supporting the classified and unclassified network infrastructure must hold the certifications required to support the systems in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2
