As an LPN, you will make a difference daily by building meaningful relationships with patients and residents, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care with positive outcomes and satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
