Description

Part-time positions available:

• 5 pm - 10 pm
• or
• Thursdays and every other weekend, 7 am - 3 pm

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved medicine course with a passing grade
• Completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
• Certified Nursing Assistant with at least one year of nursing experience
• Must attend a minimum of 16 hours of continuing education annually to maintain certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer routine and PRN medications as prescribed, documenting per policies
• Maintain medication supply, restock, and clean medication carts and rooms
• Notify pharmacy of new medication orders and refills
• Monitor vital signs when indicated
• Stay informed about medications and investigate unknown drugs before administration
