Genesiscareers is seeking a RN Supervisor in Rhode Island to support the Director of Nursing and oversee nursing operations on the 3-11 pm shift. You will drive efficient care delivery, ensure quality outcomes, patient and staff satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
The role requires an RN with 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care, with BSN preferred. BLS/CPR certification must be maintained; sign-on bonus may be applicable.
