Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Long Term Care
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Assist in the planning and implementation of patient care
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team and patients
Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Long Term Care
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of Maryland
- Experience in long term care settings preferred
- CPI/CPR certification
