Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, maintains quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability, and communicates with the next Shift Manager to help them prepare.

As a Shift Manager you may be responsible for:
