As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests with a warm welcome, assist servers in delivering exceptional service, and maintain smooth flow throughout the restaurant. This role offers a fun, flexible environment with growth potential and a balanced work‑life experience.

• Welcome guests at the door with a friendly smile.
• Assist servers in preparing and serving food and beverages.
• Manage guest flow to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service bar.

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑impact service.
• Physical ability to stand for up to four (4) hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies.

• Competitive wages ($15–$16 per hour, location dependent).

• Remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.

• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift.
• Use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with disinfecting soap regularly.
