Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Children’s Residential role that has management duties (or strong Deputy ready to step up, salary adjusted accordingly)

Our client is seeking Registered Manager to take over a settled home with a strong foundation. You will be confident managing risk, experienced with complex behaviours, and capable of leading a team through both stable and high‑risk placements.

• Oversee a long‑term placement transitioning towards semi‑independence
• Oversee a high‑risk placement requiring structured support, including DOLS, 2:1 staffing, and waking nights
• Oversee ongoing staff reduction plans based on risk management and progress

Strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to maintain Outstanding standards are essential.
