Are you someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy environment?

We're looking for multiple Customer Service Advisors to join a growing team based in Middlewich. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, care, or any other customer-facing role, your skills could be a great fit. Full training is provided, so previous office experience isn't essential.

You will be joining a well-established business where you'll receive ongoing support, gain valuable office experience, and have the chance to secure a permanent role after just 12 weeks.

Details of the Customer Service Advisor position:
  • £12.71 per hour + £1.53 holiday pay = £14.24 per hour
  • 37.5 hours per week - rotating shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Approximately one Saturday in every four (half-day)
  • Free on-site parking
  • Genuine opportunity to become a permanent employee after 12 weeks

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Advisor:

As part of a busy customer service team, you'll spend your day speaking with customers over the phone, providing support and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally.

Your duties will include:
  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (around 60-100 per day)
  • Booking, changing and cancelling appointments
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Updating customer information accurately on internal systems
What we're looking for as a Customer Service Advisor:

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, care, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • The ability to learn new systems quickly
