A local authority team is seeking a Home Tutor who is experienced and enthusiastic to support students with home-learning in the Middlewich area. You will deliver a highly supportive learning experience, teaching core subjects in Maths and English while adapting lessons to meet the individual needs of students who may require additional support to engage with and complete their work.

Teaching will typically take place in the student’s home. This is a very rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference and wants flexible hours that fit around their busy schedule.

• A teaching qualification with the ability to teach Maths and English.
• Experience or willingness to support children or young people with learning from home.
• Ability to create a calm and structured learning environment.
• Flexibility to travel to different teaching locations (home, library, community centre) and demonstrate a reliable, professional manner.

• Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system. (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration.)
