This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and acts as a crucial link between customers, operational teams, and external partners. Day-to-day of the role:
Act as a central point of contact for customers and operational teams. Coordinate information across various communication channels. Support the planning and delivery of daily operational activities. Monitor and update systems to ensure information remains accurate and current. Investigate and resolve customer and operational queries. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain service standards. Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation.

Assist with reporting and data management activities. Support continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service, coordination, administration, or support-based role within the logistics industry Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. The ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.

Experience in logistics, transport, operations, or supply chain environment. Familiarity with industry systems, customer platforms, or data management tools is a plus.
