• Manage, support, and develop Operational colleagues (Team Leaders & Warehouse Operatives)
• Oversee day‑to‑day performance and ensure delivery of business targets
• Achieve and deliver individual and department KPI’s and SLA’s
• Collaborate with the Planning team and Operations Manager to allocate resources for volume up‑lifts and equipment needs
• Ensure effective utilisation of Warehouse Management Systems
• Maintain health and safety compliance and adherence to CAA and HMRC processes at all times
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practice
• Support a customer‑focused and safety‑centric working environment

• Experience managing large operational teams in a logistics/distribution environment, ideally at Team Leader level
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across all levels
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
• High numeracy and attention to detail, with ability to manage resources and make considered decisions
• Will undergo background checks (5‑year employment history and UK Criminal Record Check) and attend a 5‑day Security Training Course
