Laboratory Technician

Laboratory Technician based in Middlewich.
3-6 Month Contract position

• Working as part of a dedicated lab team, you will be collecting samples from sample points located within chemical process plant areas.
• Conducting analysis and interpretation of results.
• Undertaking analysis and investigations on non-routine samples.
• Managing laboratory calibration schedules and stocks of laboratory consumables including reagents.
• Providing support and guidance to the Process Operations team.

• Background in chemical plant analysis and laboratory work.
• Typically holds an A Level in Chemistry and/or is working towards or holds an NVQ Level III Laboratory and Associated Technical Activities.
• Computer literate to enable data input, interpretation and report writing.
• Technical problem‑solving capability.
• Previous experience in a GMP environment would be advantageous.
• Flexible team player.
