Multi Tasking Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a Multi-Tasking Warehouse Operative to join us on a full‑time, permanent basis here in Middlewich. You will be working nights on a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off.

• Carry out efficient loading, unloading, put‑away and pallet picking using a full range of MHE (VNA, Reach, Counterbalance, PPT)
• Perform pallet unpacking, wrapping, restacking and manual‑handling tasks safely and to high quality standards
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and quality control while supporting site Health & Safety practices
• Demonstrate excellent communication, strong customer‑service focus, PC literacy (including MS Office) and a proactive, flexible approach
• Uphold GXO core values of Excellence, Integrity, Passion, Proactivity, Togetherness and Trust, while contributing to continuous improvement

• Previous warehouse experience
• Counter forklift licence is desirable but not essential
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude to working safely and as part of a team
• A willingness to learn new skills
