Overview
Accounting Specialist – Contract
Vaco is working with aglobal manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support reconciliations, AP/AR, journal entries, and financial reporting.
Handle reconciliations, AP/AR, and journal entries
Assist with financial statements and reporting
Support ERP & Quick Books transition
Manage accounting across multiple divisions
3–4 years accounting experience (manufacturing required)
Degree in Accounting preferred
ERP & Quick Books experience
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Hours: M–F, 8–5
