The Product Line Manager (PLM) is a sales and product management role with the responsibility for driving the sales performance and overall success of the company’s product portfolio. The PLM will support Savant Labs by applying a customer‑centric, business‑focused mindset to identify and develop opportunities to their full market potential, while serving as a leader with product sales efforts. The PLM is responsible for defining and optimizing the ideal mix of products, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional initiatives to meet business objectives.

The PLM will engage, develop, enable, and enhance the company’s offerings. The PLM will become the subject matter expert, including technical and market trends and how they affect the product and service roadmap, competitive analysis, developing sales strategies, performing product demonstrations, gathering VOC, and assisting with new product launches. This role requires a willingness to meet and inspire customers while working independently and within a team.
