My Michigan Health, an affiliate of the University of Michigan Health, has an opportunity for a skilled Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician to join our team in Midland, Michigan! Based in My Michigan Health’s headquarters, this physician will be responsible for providing high‑quality anesthesia care to patients.

Based in My Michigan Medical Center Midland, this role will provide care within the 324‑bed Medical Center offering 24‑hour emergency care, Level II trauma care, and a wide range of specialty care services. This role will involve perioperative assessments, administration of anesthesia, monitoring patients during surgery, and postoperative care.

• Patient & Procedure Mix: Full‑scope cardiac anesthesia care, including care to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Schedule: Full‑time flexible scheduling
• Call: 1:4 rotation

• U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
• Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency and Adult Cardiothoracic Fellowship
• Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan and a Controlled Substance License
• PALS and ACLS through American Heart Association
• TEE Certification

Located on 225 acres of wooded campus in Midland, Michigan, the 324‑bed Medical Center offers a broad range of primary care and specialty care services, as well as 24‑hour emergency care and Level II trauma care. Our busy hospital performed over 18,000 cases in 2023.
