Description

My Michigan Health is seeking a Urology Hospitalist to provide inpatient urological care at My Michigan Medical Center Midland. The Urology Hospitalist will provide care to patients with urological conditions which require inpatient management and consultation services. This opportunity offers a unique focus on urology hospital-based care.

• Provide comprehensive inpatient urological care; including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of urological conditions
• Manage inpatient urology consults from hospital floors and emergency department
• Perform procedures, including cystoscopies, as well as other necessary urological procedures
• Conduct daily rounding on urology patients
• Collaborate with clinic-based urologists to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up

Requirements

• Board certified or eligible in Urology
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
• Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency
• American Heart Association Advanced Life Support

The My Michigan Urology Hospitalist is located on the campus of My Michigan Medical Center Midland. Patients and providers have easy access to 24/7 full-service laboratory, imaging including CT and X-Ray, Emergency Department and a variety of specialty services.
