Dental Hygiene Adjunct Instructor

Part‑time instructor, teach days FA, WI, SP on Thursday mornings and possibly other days.

The Health & Wellness division is looking for an instructor to provide clinical and or didactic instruction in the Dental Hygiene programs.

• Minimum of 2 years (3000 hours) recent and relevant experience
• Current Registered Dental Hygienist License, State of Michigan
• Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Certification, State of Michigan
• Current BLS Certification

• Extensive experience in treating moderate and advanced periodontal disease.
• Competent and confident in administering local anesthesia.
• The following are not required but will be given additional consideration:
  Teaching experience, experience with curriculum development, community involvement, professional organization participation, Masters Degree.
