Overview
Speech Language Pathologist - PRN role at Therapy Management, Inc. & Ever Active Therapy
Location:
Midland Kings, a Skilled Nursing Facility in Midland, MI
Make a meaningful impact on communication and quality of life.
Responsibilities- Evaluate residents and develop customized therapy plans
- Provide skilled speech-language services including communication, cognition, and swallowing interventions
- Document progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support continued success
- Active Michigan licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible PRN hours
