ABA Behavior Technician

Finni Health of Central Michigan (a Finni Health Practice) – In‑home services, Midland, MI.

Job Type: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, ~30–40 hours per week.

Pay Range: $17.00–$22.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.

• Deliver personalized behavior intervention services to children in their homes.
• Support children in developing daily living, communication, and social skills.
• Collect and document behavior data accurately.
• Collaborate with your clinical team and attend regular team meetings.
• Help implement and refine treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• One or more years of ABA experience preferred, or experience working with children (especially those with special needs).
• Strong desire to work with children and make a positive impact.
• Completion of a 40‑hour RBT course (preferred but not required; support provided).
• Must pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check (successful candidates receive conditional offer upon satisfactory results).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, squat, or crawl for extended periods.
• Comfortable working on the floor and engaging actively with children.
