About the Role

Residential Home Health and Hospice seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide patient care in Midland, Bay City, and surrounding areas. The RN will lead and collaborate with a team-based environment to deliver and manage patient care plans.

• Deliver high‑quality patient care during visits.
• Document patient encounters accurately and meet critical deadlines for charting.
• Spend approximately 20% of the day traveling to and from patient locations.
• Utilize tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.

• RN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
• Minimum one year of RN experience with the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care.
• Current driver’s license.
• Self‑managed time and scheduling skills.
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
