We currently have needs for the following team members:
Community Liaison

• Must have 1–2 years’ experience in Healthcare Sales and Marketing
• Responsible for presentations both within the facility and outside.
• Achieve referrals through development and implementation of an effective referral marketing plan.
• Responsible for meeting/exceeding census goals. Should manage referral customer relationships in accordance with the peito etiquetas marketing plan that would include an emphasis on payer types.
• Conduct sales calls to identify new and potential referral sources.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of the market in general and the specific products, services and acuity trends within the market.
• Identify options for partnering with other providers in the market and assist in developing partnerships with necessary providers.
• Set up in-services to support business development efforts and goals
• Maintain an active working knowledge of competition.
• Maintains knowledge of facility products and services.
• Identify unmet community needs for new program and service development.

• 1–2 years' experience with Healthcare Marketing and Sales with multi-site representation
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal 
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
• Excellent Attendance
