OverviewAs an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the management of assigned projects and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, safety, and profitability of each.

- Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project.
- Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.
- Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project.
- Manage multiple projects to completion.
- Function effectively in a high‑stress situation.
- Communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
- Assist with contractor work assignments and tracking.
- Invoice audit and approval.
- Project tracking and reporting.
- Maintain project documents.
- Be 18 years old.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- 3+ years of fiber construction experience and a minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience.
- At least 6 months of previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
- Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
- Good working knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet.
