My Michigan Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Palliative Care Team in Midland!
Key Features- Standard hours, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- No call requirements
- No holiday requirements
- Casual coverage days vary
- Complete home visits, facility visits, and clinic visits
- Location varies, but not limited to:
Gladwin, Harrison, Prudenville, West Branch
- AHA approved BLS Certification
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Minimum one year of palliative medicine or similar specialty required
- Employment is contingent on successful completion of My Michigan Health’s credentialing process
- Robust onboarding and training program
