Elite Breakout Marketing, partners with national and Fortune 500 brands inside major retailers, specializing in face-to-face customer acquisition, brand support, and market growth initiatives. The Customer Engagement Executive role supports client program performance, customer relationship development, and territory growth across partnered retail locations. This is a full-time, in-person role with development opportunities toward leadership and account management.
We are looking for a Customer Engagement Executive that plays a key role in supporting client program execution, engaging with customers, and contributing to sales and performance goals while building skills in leadership, client relations, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent partner brands inside retail locations
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Support client program objectives and sales performance
- Communicate product and service information to customers
- Track results and provide feedback to leadership
- Contribute to team goals and market growth initiatives
This role involves consistent face-to-face interaction in retail partner environments.

- Ability to collaborate in a team-focused environment
- Comfortable working in an in-person, customer-facing role Prior experience in sales, account support, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required.
