Job Overview
Blasy Electric, Inc. is seeking two skilled, licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our award‑winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top‑quality electrical services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate is confident in their abilities, understands the latest National Electrical Code (NEC), can read electrical prints/specifications, and takes pride in their work and personal integrity.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Read and interpret electrical prints, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with current National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
• Lead job site activities when needed and provide on‑the‑job training to apprentice electricians.
• Maintain a high level of safety awareness and follow all safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors.
• Accurately document project details and submit required reports as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment.

• Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician - State of Michigan required.
• 10+ years of experience preferred in the electrical trade.
• Strong understanding of the current National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and specifications.
• Proven leadership ability with a passion for mentoring apprentices.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• High level of personal integrity, trustworthiness, and pride in workmanship.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
