Position Profile
Weaver seeks talented tax leaders at the Senior Manager level to join our expanding team. Our clients span private equity-backed firms, large corporations, and high-net-worth individuals, with services including tax planning, compliance, entity structuring, wealth preservation, and family succession consulting.
A Tax Senior Manager collaborates closely with firm leadership, contributing to business development and team growth. The ideal candidate is a CPA with over 7 years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting, gained at a public accounting firm.
Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- CPA with 7+ years of experience in public accounting, industry, or both
- Technical expertise in multiple industries
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring teams
- Strong relationship management and practice development skills
- Ability to attract and grow new and existing client relationships
Compensation and Benefits
Weaver values our team and offers a competitive compensation range estimated between $141,000 and $290,000, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and location, particularly in California, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York Metro areas. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), flexible time off, sick leave, holidays, and recharge days. We also provide in-house CPE, leadership coaching through Weaver
LEAD, and a supportive, inclusive work environment.
