Position Profile

Weaver seeks talented tax leaders at the Senior Manager level to join our expanding team. Our clients span private equity-backed firms, large corporations, and high-net-worth individuals, with services including tax planning, compliance, entity structuring, wealth preservation, and family succession consulting.

A Tax Senior Manager collaborates closely with firm leadership, contributing to business development and team growth. The ideal candidate is a CPA with over 7 years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting, gained at a public accounting firm.

Education and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• CPA with 7+ years of experience in public accounting, industry, or both
• Technical expertise in multiple industries
• Proven leadership in managing and mentoring teams
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills
• Ability to attract and grow new and existing client relationships

Compensation and Benefits

Weaver values our team and offers a competitive compensation range estimated between $141,000 and $290,000, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and location, particularly in California, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York Metro areas.
