Responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including processing payments, creating and submitting invoices, maintaining customer records, and handling collections for past-due accounts. Prepares aging reports, reconciles accounts, and supports monthly billing and closing processes. Collaborates with accounting staff, ensures accuracy in financial records, and provides administrative support as needed.

- High school diploma/GED
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- At least two years of related experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software programs required
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
