• Process and code high volumes of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
• Support early payment initiatives and maintain smooth workflows with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and relationship management.
• Research and resolve payment issues in partnership with leadership.
• Maintain coding tools, documentation, and confidential records.
• Collaborate with peers and departments across the organization to drive efficiency.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sharp attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to accounting systems.
• Team-oriented with the confidence to work independently when needed.
• Background in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with energy industry accounting systems a plus.
