We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our Midland office. As a Senior Tax Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality tax services to our diverse client base. • Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Conduct thorough tax research and stay current with tax laws and regulations.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients when needed.
• Assist in supervision of junior tax staff, offering guidance and mentorship.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure comprehensive client service.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
