Accounts Receivable Representative - Midland, TX
Location: Midland, TX
Pay: $23/hour & up (DOE)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Representative to join a growing and stable team in Midland, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with AR and billing experience who thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Accounts Receivable functions
- Prepare and process billing and invoices
- Perform accurate data entry
- Apply payments and assist with account reconciliations
- Maintain financial records using Quick Books
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
- Previous Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
- Billing and data entry experience
- Working knowledge of Quick Books
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
